Ingredients :
- 3/four cup butter
- 1 half of cups packed brown sugar
- 4 eggs
- 4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- half cup candied pineapple
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup chopped walnuts

- Combine melted butter and brown sugar in large mixer bowl; mixture properly. Add eggs; beat well.
- Melt chocolate in top of a double boiler over warm (now not boiling) water; add to egg-sugar combination.
- In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; steadily add to chocolate aggregate. Stir in candied pineapple, raisins and nuts.
- Drop by means of teaspoonfuls onto gently greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 stages F (one hundred seventy five stages C) for eight-10 minutes or till nearly set. Cool slightly on cookie sheet. Remove from cookie sheet; cool on twine rack.
