Chocolate Malted Pie |

Ingredients :

- 3 cups milk
- four (1 ounce) squares bittersweet chocolate
- 1/3 cup malted milk powder

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream

- three/4 cup chocolate blanketed malted milk balls, cut into portions
- 2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
