"These are sauteed pork chops smothered in a tomato sauce with sparkling onion and bell pepper. It's a fairly brief and easy recipe. Try serving with rice."

- 4 beef chops
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper - chopped, your shade preference
- 1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce
- garlic powder to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
