- 2 cups cooked shrimp, minced

- Grease a 6 cup fish mold or other mould with greater mayonnaise or non-stick spray. Fill mould firmly with combination. Smooth off the pinnacle and sit back in fridge in a single day.
- Invert mould onto platter and shake to launch the mousse from mold. Garnish as preferred.
