Scallop and Shrimp Kabobs |

Ingredients :
- 1 pound big shrimp - peeled and deveined
- half of pound scallops
- 1 pink bell pepper, reduce into 1 inch pieces
- 1 inexperienced bell pepper, cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 fresh pineapple - peeled, cored and cut into wedges
- 1/2 cup rice vinegar
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons minced sparkling ginger root
- three tablespoons mild soy sauce

- If using wooden skewers, soak 6 of them in warm water for 15 minutes. This prevents the skewers from catching on fireplace whilst the kabobs cook dinner. Then thread the shrimp, scallops, peppers, and pineapple at the skewers.
- Make the basting sauce: In a medium-length blending bowl, combine rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and soy sauce. Mix nicely.
- Prepare an outdoor grill with an oiled rack set four inches above the warmth source. Place the skewers on the grill and baste with some of the sauce. Grill kabobs for approximately 5 to six mins general, turning and basting with the sauce at the same time as grilling. Heat remaining basting sauce till warm and serve on the aspect.
