| Cincinnati-Style Chili |

- Heat olive oil in a massive frying pan. Saute onion until soft. Mix in burger-fashion crumbles and garlic; cook until the crumbles have browned.
- Stir in tomato sauce, water, chopped tomatoes, vinegar, chili powder, cinnamon, paprika, allspice, mild brown sugar, cocoa, and warm sauce. Heat over medium-high warmness until the aggregate starts to boil. Reduce warmness to low, cowl, and simmer 15 to twenty mins till sauce thickens.
