Special Occasion Stuffed Crown Pork Roast

"A special crown roast with a regal cranberry apple stuffing. This roast will flip any dinner party into a special occasion and your visitors will experience like royalty!"

  • 7 kilos crown pork roast
  • 2 cups chopped cranberries
  • half of cup white sugar
  • half of cup butter
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon floor black pepper
  • eight cups white bread cubes
  • 2 apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
  • half of cup apple juice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon hen seasoning

Instructions :
