Chutney Baked Brie |
"This round wheel of Brie is dusted with curry powder, then spread with a mango chutney, studded with chopped cashews, and baked till the cheese within the rind is melted. The sweet/savory mixture is creamy and delicious."

- 1 (2.2 pound) wheel Brie cheese
- 2 teaspoons ground curry powder
- 1 (12 ounce) jar mango chutney
- 1 cup chopped cashews
- 1 French baguette, cut into half of inch slices

- Preheat oven to 350 levels F (one hundred seventy five levels C).
