Ingredients :
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- half of cup butter, softened
- 2 cups all-reason flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- half of teaspoon baking powder
- 2 cups quick cooking oats
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 2 cups cornflakes cereal
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- half of teaspoon lemon extract
- 1 teaspoon salt

- Preheat oven to four hundred degrees F (a hundred seventy five degrees C). Grease baking sheets.
- Combine the sugars and eggs, beating properly. Beat in the oil butter or margarine, flour, baking soda and baking powder. Stir inside the vanilla, lemon extract and salt. Mix inside the oats, nuts and coconuts. Last but now not least stir in the corn flakes. Drop by using teaspoons on greased cooking sheets.
