- three tablespoons margarine
- 1 teaspoon artificial sweetener
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-motive flour
- 2/3 cup water

- Beat margarine until fluffy. Add the sugar replacement, egg, and vanilla. Mix for one minute.
- Now add the flour and water to get a skinny batter. Heat iron griddle and pour one tablespoon batter for every cookie. Cook till golden brown and turn, repeat while brown and remove to rack. Eat the crunchy cookie now or pour clean fruit aggregate over pinnacle and serve with sugar unfastened ice cream. Very Good! NOTE: I use the waffle iron on occasion also - just do not burn them.
