Caramel Cups |
"These are a crowd pleaser. They have a flaky crust wih a creamy caramel filling."
Ingredients :
- 6 oz. Cream cheese
- 2 cups all-cause flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1 (14 ounce) package in my view wrapped caramels
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- half of cup white sugar
- 1 cup shortening
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions :

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 ranges C).
- Combine the cream cheese, butter or margarine and flour. Mix to shape a dough. Pinch off 48 identical portions and press into mini tassie pans.
