| Blondie Caramel Heaven |
"The finest brownie/blondie I actually have ever eaten. Addicting and delicious. I also like top them with a fluffy white frosting."
Ingredients :
- 10 ounces individually wrapped caramels, unwrapped
- half of cup evaporated milk
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- half of cup evaporated milk
- three/4 cup butter, melted
- Chocolate layer
- three/four cup milk chocolate chips
