"Tender steamed tuna with a ginger, sherry, garlic and soy sauce."
Ingredients :
- 2 kilos clean tuna steaks
- half of cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup sherry
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 bunch inexperienced onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup minced fresh ginger root
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon floor black pepper

- Place tuna steaks in a steamer over 1 inch of boiling water, and cowl. Cook 6 to eight minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, integrate soy sauce, sherry, vegetable oil, green onions, ginger, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Remove tuna steaks from steamer, and area in a serving dish. Pour sauce over tuna steaks, and serve immediately.
