Coffee Bars

"Cut into huge or small bars."

Ingredients :

1 1/2 cups all-reason flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
half teaspoon ground cardamom
1/four teaspoon salt
1/2 cup milk
2 teaspoons on the spot coffee granules
1/four cup butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 egg
1 cup chopped almonds
three cups confectioners' sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Combine flour, baking powder, cardamom, and salt; set those dry substances aside.
