Ingredients :
- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup confectioners' sugar
- half teaspoon almond extract
- 2 cups arrowroot flour
- 6 egg whites
- half teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1/three cup confectioners' sugar for decoration
