- Combine whipped topping, condensed milk, sugar, vanilla, candy and salt inside the freezer canister of an ice cream maker, stir. Insert paddle, and fill with sufficient milk to attain 1 inch from pinnacle of canister (can be greater or less than 2 cups). Freeze in step with producer's directions.
