Chocolate Macadamia Nut and White Chocolate Chip Cookies |

Ingredients :
- 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- half cup butter, softened
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- half of teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 3/4 cup chopped macadamia nuts

- Preheat oven to 350 ranges F (one hundred eighty ranges C). Lightly grease cookie sheets or line with parchment paper.
- Melt unsweetened chocolate in pinnacle of double boiler or warm, not boiling water. Remove from warmth; let cool.
- Cream butter, melted chocolate and sugar in large bowl till mixed. Add egg and vanilla; beat till light. Blend in flour, baking soda, chocolate chips and macadamia nuts.
- Drop dough through rounded teaspoonfuls 2 inches aside onto prepared cookie sheets. Bake 10 to twelve minutes or until firm. DO NOT OVERBAKE. Remove to cord racks to cool.
