"My aunt gave me this recipe due to the fact she knew I loved imitation crab. It is extremely good how simple and short it's far and VERY GOOD!"
Ingredients :
- 2 egg, gently overwhelmed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- half of pound imitation crab meat, flaked
- 1 half of cups shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust

- Preheat oven to 350 levels F (175 tiers C).
- In a medium bowl, blend collectively eggs, milk, mayonnaise and cornstarch. Mix within the imitation crab and Swiss cheese. Pour into pie shell.
