"I were given this recipe from my favorite fitness food shop. It is great!!"
Ingredients :
- four apples - peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 dash floor cinnamon
- 1 sprint floor nutmeg
- half cup walnuts
- half cup pecans
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- half cup all-purpose flour
- 4 tablespoons butter, diced
- 1 pinch salt

- Preheat oven to 350 tiers F (one hundred seventy five tiers C).
- Place apples in a pie pan and dust with cinnamon and nutmeg. Cover with foil and bake for 20 mins.
- In a food processor chop nuts with a few quick pulses. Pour in sugar and flour and procedure to combine. Add butter and salt and process till mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle topping over apples.
- Bake in preheated oven for half-hour, or till golden brown.
