"Cookies filled with mint chocolate sweet."
Ingredients :
- 3 cups all-motive flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- half cup packed brown sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- a hundred chocolate mint wafer candies
- 100 walnut halves

- Combine flour, baking soda, salt, white sugar, butter or margarine, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla. Combine and blend at lowest velocity until dough forms.
- Drop by way of scant teaspoons 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheets. Press candy wafer on top of each - mould dough sides up round mint. Cover with scant teaspoons of dough. Top every with walnut 1/2.
- Bake at 375 ranges F (a hundred ninety stages C) for 9-12 minutes.
