Au Gratin Potatoes II |
"This was a favorite recipe of mine developing up. My mom made it for Thanksgiving every 12 months. Simple and delicious. I even have served it with bird and red meat."
Ingredients :
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 (10.Seventy five ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup
- 4 half cups peeled and shredded potatoes
- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
- half of cup chopped green onions
- 1 cup cornflakes cereal
- half cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon chopped sparkling parsley (optionally available)
