Three Bean Salad I

Ingredients :

1 (14.Five ounce) can green beans, tired
1 (14.Five ounce) can wax beans, drained
1 (15.25 ounce) can pink kidney beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans, drained
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, tired
1 purple onion, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
three/4 cup pink wine vinegar
three/four cup white sugar
three/4 cup vegetable oil
3/four teaspoon ground dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
1 half teaspoons dried cilantro
