Braciola II

Ingredients :

2 pounds top sirloin
2 medium heads garlic, minced
1 cup chopped clean parsley

1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes

1 tablespoon dried oregano
2 tablespoons white sugar
three tablespoons dried basil

Instructions :
