"This creamy mushroom sauce is amazing over angel hair pasta!"
Ingredients :
- three tablespoons butter
- half of cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- four oz. Sparkling mushrooms, sliced
- half of teaspoon dried basil
- 1/four teaspoon salt
- 1/eight teaspoon floor black pepper
- 1/4 cup all-reason flour
- 2 cups milk

- In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium warmth. Add onions and garlic and saute about 3 to 5 mins till onions are translucent. Add mushrooms, basil, salt and pepper and saute a further five to ten minutes till mushrooms are tender and cooked to favored texture.
- Remove the pan from the heat and mix in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly.
- Return the pan to the heat and cook over medium heat until the sauce thickens and is derived to a boil. Reduce warmness to a simmer and prepare dinner for a further 2 or 3 mins.
